Coming up to college in 2012, I wasn't sure about my job because of my seniors' advice that my life wouldn't change even if I got a job. I thought it was stupid to give up what I wanted to do. I couldn't figure out what to do first. So I decided to start with what I liked to do and find some clues about my financial freedom. My biggest passion at the time was my hobby, and based on what I had experienced while snowboarding, I experienced making cashflow through three real estate opportunities near the ski resort and two condo memberships. I was 25 years old at the time.

After that, I had Cashflow, so I could fully explore what I wanted to do. I felt like I had to do my own business to be rich, and that's when I met Kiyosaki's book. This was a huge turning point in my life. What impressed me the most in the book was the Cashflow board game. When I played the game, I found out what I was looking for on my own and thought was well organized. It was clear enough and even fun enough to give anyone a guideline.

Since then, I have been running the Cashflow meeting for 11 years. This financial game not only led to my change, but also the change of those around me. I wanted to share this opportunity with more people. I established the Cashflow Coaching Association to educate the principles of Cashflow accurately and ethically. I train professional instructors to spread financial literacy throughout Korea. My vision in the future is to provide financial education through Cashflow in all youth and schools in Korea. It was something that the school didn't teach me, but little by little, the wind of change is blowing.

I'm still in my 30s and now I'm a father of two. As a child was born, I started to think about the role of a rich father. There is something more important in our lives than our school grades. It is my financial freedom to choose what I want to do. We need to give our children the right financial education, just like Kiyosaki learned from his RICHDAD, and like I learned from Kiyosaki. The bank doesn't want your grades. It wants to look at your financial statements. We can learn easily through Kiyosaki's teaching. If you take RICHDAD's advice, your lives will change just as mine has changed.

Rich Dad, Poor Dad had literally changed my life! And I really mean it! Once I read the book, within 24 hours I resigned my 9-5 job and decided to start my own business overnight! I remember I was in tears, I felt liberated! I said, I want to meet this guy!

The year 2000 was my most challenging time after losing both my parents and becoming responsible for 4 younger siblings at just age 21.  

That year was also a blessing as I was introduced to the Cashflow game for the first time. Within just 20 minutes of playing Cashflow, I managed to escape the rat race, and it was a turning point for me! While playing, I could envision my own life unfolding in the most amazing way.

 That very night, I sat down and created my own balance sheet, with a strong focus on generating passive income. I dived into studying as much as I could, bought all of RK's books -  the most profound impact on me was "Cashflow Quadrant" and "My Guide to Investing."

I started with one property which lead up to 6 more properties. From a single business to 6 passive, positive cashflow businesses. Today, i am a passionate Cashflow games advocate on a mission to share my experiences and inspire millions out there to strive for financial independence.
